Keys in mind Jeneba Kanneh-Mason was three years old when she made a piano string vibrate for the first time, and ‘since I didn’t want to have to worry about intonation,’ she left a direction change towards the cello for what it was and became inseparable to the piano. Her Wonderfeel performance will be as diverse as her interests: Beethoven’s tempestuous 17th Sonata, Chopin Nocturnes, and especially music by American composers like William Grant Still and Florence Price, with whom Jeneba made her public breakthrough in the United Kingdom.
Please note: starting next edition, Wonderfeel will no longer take place at Schaep en Burgh, but at Landgoed Groeneveld in Baarn. See our contact page for the address.
