Glass’ Music With Changing Parts
In his Music with Changing Parts from 1970, Philip Glass promises ‘clouds of tones, swaying through a constant ocean of rhythm’. Through this monumental work, find yourself drawn into the meditative and groovy world of hardcore minimalism. With saxophones, electronic wind instruments, and keyboards, the Amstel Quartet weaves together acoustic and electronic sounds into a rich and continuously changing musical texture.
