Sibelius & Pejačević Every summer, our own Wonderfeel Festival Orchestra aims the spotlights at the work of a different female composer – there are plenty of musical gems just waiting to be heard by an audience. After the Dutch premieres of Thin Air in Calliope Tsoupaki’s orchestral version, Ruth Gipps’ Second Symphony, and Marie Jaëll’s Cello Concerto, we now turn to the Balkans. Joined by Martina Filjak, the WFO plays the Croatian celebrity Dora Pejačević’s Fantasy Concertante, framed by Sibelius’ Karelia Suite and his Valse triste.

Is there kids’ programming?
Yes, on every festival day there is a program for kids, check out our Kids page for more information. And: entrance is free for children and youth up to 18 years! They do need an entrance ticket, which you can order through the ticketshop.
