Hemdem Two string magicians at Wonderfeel. Sinan Cem Eroğlu and Muhlis Berberoğlu bring together the guitar and the baglama, the two most popular instruments in Turkish music. But where usually in Anatolian folk music the guitar accompanies and the baglama takes the spotlight in breathtaking melodies and ornamentations, these men prefer to improvise music together. Today you will discover their beautiful hybrid versions of folk music from the East and the West, a programme titled Hemdem, contemporary and stunning at the same time. And that matches their online impact; The videos of Eroğlu and Berberoğlu consistently get tens of thousands of views, and their 2018 album was a hit.

Is there kids’ programming?
Yes, on every festival day there is a program for kids, check out our Kids page for more information. And: entrance is free for children and youth up to 18 years! They do need an entrance ticket, which you can order through the ticketshop.
