'Puppet shows are slapstick,’ according to Egon Adel, regular actor of the Puppet Show on Dam Square. Specially for Wonderfeel, he created a show in the tradition of this centuries-old folk theatre, in which Jan Klaassen, lazy as ever, always steals the show together with continuously complaining Katrijn and the necessary and unavoidable bad guy.
