9×13
Under NAP
The Dutch Ordnance Datum (NAP). Possibly even more Dutch than the fanfare. More than half of the Netherlands is situated under sea level, and that’s very normal to us. But should it be, in this era of melting ice caps, rising sea levels, and devastating floodings? Will we continue to ignore a giant purple sea elephant and will we – quite literally – go under? Or is Brabant-on-Sea an illusion and will we be just fine with our poldering skills? Back at Wonderfeel, 9×13 will bring you along to the romantic world of Jacques Tati, mixed with the absurdistic humour of Monty Python. But there is nothing so serious as comedy, especially when it concerns our climate. The audience will be given a fresh splash of confrontation…
